At Painted Wolf Wines, we believe your choice in wine should be as intentional as the wine itself. By joining The Conservancy, you aren’t just joining a club; you are joining a community dedicated to the conservation of the African wild dog and everything in its surrounding ecosystems.
How to Join
Register online to create a Conservancy account.
The Entry Requirement: Make an initial purchase of 12 bottles at our standard Cellar Door price.
Once your purchase is complete, you are officially enrolled in the Conservancy Club.
All subsequent orders within the next 12 months will trigger your membership discounts and benefits.

- The Virtual Conservancy: Quarterly invitations to our Wine and Wildlife Chats with winemaker Jeremy Borg and our conservation partners from the Endangered Wildlife Trust (EWT) and more.
- News updates on our packs: See the dogs you are helping to save via field footage and/or live updates.
- The Virtual Conservancy at Home Experience (All Members): Once a year, host a tasting for up to 6 guests in your own home virtually. We provide a curated tasting kit at a member-exclusive price and a PWW expert will join you via a dedicated high-quality video link to lead the session. T’s and C’s apply.
- The "Conservancy at Home" Experience (Champion Members Only): Once a year, host a tasting for up to 10 guests in your own home. We provide a curated tasting kit at a member-exclusive price and a PWW expert will join you in person to conduct the tasting.
- Conservationists-Only Pre-Releases: Direct digital access to new vintages, buy older select vintages, magnums and limited edition wines before release to the public.
In-Person Perks
Wine & Wildlife Engagements: Priority invitations to our physical events, including conservation dinners and presentations with our conservation partners.
Transparent Pricing
Direct Cellar Door Access: No need to request a special price list. Your discount applies to our Online Cellar Door pricing. Simply log into your account online - If it’s in stock on our website, your discount applies.
Terms & Conditions
- We’ve streamlined our shipping to be fair and transparent:
- Initial Purchase: The 12-bottle first purchase order is charged at full retail/cellar door price to activate membership.
- The next order is eligible for a 15% discount.
- The following order will be eligible for 20% if the client has purchased 24 bottles over two orders.
- Commitment: Members agree to meet their annual bottle quota (24 or 36) within a 12-month cycle to maintain their status.
- Exclusions: Discounts apply to all standard ranges (Den and Pack). Rare library stock or specific charity-auction lots may be excluded at the winery's discretion.
- Payment: All orders must be settled and cleared in the Painted Wolf Wines account prior to shipping.
